The weather was so great this day, the fog had rolled in but the sun was still shining through creating the most amazing light.

BIG BIG Big Sur Fashion show

This post is a little over due but I had to throw a few of these images up. This was the first annual (hopefully) Big Sur fashion show where fabric was "outlawed" in the design of these out fits. My room mate and I designed the Polaroid flapper dress title "Exposed" which is covered in the prints from my Polaroid 55 nudes that I have been working on for the past few years. Modeled by the wonderful Evynn LeValley, also a photographer.

"House of cards" was modeled by a good friend Vanessa Hacker and designed by Lucia Horan.

Palm Springs Photo Festival 2009

I just returned from a week assisting Jay Dusard on his "Desert Landscape" workshop at the Palm Springs Photo Festival. I also had portfolio reviews of my recent Polariod 55 nude series with Roy Flukinger, Research Curator of Photography, Harry Ransom Center, Burt Finger with Photographs Do Not Bend gallery and Mary Virginia Swanson. I received great feed back and a lot of valuable information I needed to take my fine art work forward. I can't wait to go back next year!
