Soeurs

Jeanette and Ryan Oct. 16th, 2008

I have been friends with these two for about 8 years and they FINALLY tied the knot...The ceremony and reception were held at a private resident in Big Sur, California...

Blair and Shawn Sept 27th, 2008

This wedding was at the Pasadera Country Club in Monterey, California. A beautiful wedding with a lively reception that included two live music acts! You can't go wrong with live music (my boyfriend is a musician).

Jennifer and Jeffrey Sept 22nd, 2008

Yes they are wearing wigs ( I love it! I have never seen this before) but they only wore them for a few pictures don't worry! Their intimate ceremony was held at McWay falls, Julia Pfeiffer Burns State park and the reception was at the Big Sur Bakery (the best food, no joke)

Dina and Jon Sept 6th, 2008

Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur , California...these two got to go for a wild ride from their ceremony/reception site The Big Sur River Inn down to Pfeiffer beach with me behind the wheel...

Laura and Tom August 22nd, 2008

These two were so cute, they eloped under the redwoods in Big Sur, California on a Thursday morning in August...I loved the red Alfa Romeo Tom bought Laura for a wedding gift!

Lacey and Bob August 2nd, 2008

This wedding was in Lockwood, California at the parent's of the brides house. The reception was held in their barn and she rode up in a horse drawn carriage...I love the country...No noise ordinances!

David and Noe July 11th, 2008

This was the most exciting wedding I have EVER been to in Laida, Spain outside of Bilbao. They know how to do it right! During the reception people were standing on the tables singing...

Brie and Matthew June 22nd, 2008

This a wedding I did back in JUNE at the Old Whaling Station in Monterey which is part of the California State Parks, it is a great location for a wedding! I am way behind in posting...

Bad Blogger

Well I guess you can tell I have been VERY busy, which is great but I haven't posted in over a month! I am on day 2 of being sick in bed and I am going to try and catch up on my last month of photos.

Photographs: in conversation with Robinson Jeffers

The last three postings were images I took because I was invited to submit three images to be juried by Kim Weston and he would be selecting one image to be shown at the Center for Photographic art (I chose to do trip-tychs of polaroid 55 negatives contact printed). The opening will be held on Friday Oct.24th from 6pm to 8pm. This should be a really great show! Kim chose the trip-tych of the flower, fruit, earth from the Robinson Jeffer's poem "Night".
